Built in 1906 at 900 Curtis Street by architect F.C. Eberly, this building was originally a corner grocery owned by Albert and Bella Groussman until 1965. Renters lived on the second floor. It is now the anchor of Ninth Street Park, an historic neighborhood preserved by the university. Many of the school's departments are headquartered in quaint Victorian houses lining this grassy lane.
