The Grafton apartments at 1001 - 1020 East 17th Avenue, photographed just before Halloween. The building was reportedly designed as a "family hotel" or "elite boarding house" in 1890 by James Murdoch, and is an excellent example of the eclectic Victorian architecture that makes Denver both beautiful and spooky. The building is reportedly haunted.
