Noon, March 3, 2007. The light was reflecting very strangely off the windows of the buildings on the opposite side of the mall, causing the trees branches in Writers' Square to glow.
Because I did not want to disturb the man in yellow jacket, who was talking on his cell phone, I did not hold the camera to my face and aim at him. I held the camera at waist height, then tilted it back and forth until I guessed the composition was about right.
